Following a 30- year career as a publisher of business and management books and training resources, Jonathan Norman now manages the Major Projects Knowledge Hub on behalf of the Major Projects Association. The Hub is an open access resource of 1,000 pieces of insight on major projects drawn from organizations including Crossrail, the 2012 London Olympics, the UK National Audit Office and many others. Alongside the repository, the Hub supports an active community of practice through a regular programme of communication, activities, events and publishing. Our objective is to grow the knowledge around successful major project design, initiation and delivery and provide a safe place for our members to experiment, co-create and learn.”
