Together with Professor David Boje and Lena Bruun he is the co-founder of the ethical approach to sustainable changes of True Storytelling. Jens also is the founder of the network Old Friends Industries.
Jens has written books about storytelling, coaching and ethics. Over the years he has worked with leaders at all levels from the private and public area. He gets his inspiration from the Danish Folk School movement, from arts and Scandinavian leadership principles.
