Dr. Pamela Buckle
is an Associate Professor of Management at Adelphi University in New York. She is a systems researcher, psychoanalytic clinician, and management educator. She has earned research paper awards from the International Society for the Systems Sciences and the National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis (in the US) for her early career research on human systems, and on the intersection of Jungian psychology and the anthropocene.
She now works with analytical psychology, organizational behaviour, and complexity theories to understand the psychological structures people require to bring consciousness to unconscious self-organizing dynamics, so as to confront the realities of the Anthropocene.
Her work has focused on building cognitive-emotional capacity in corporate, not-for-profit, and arts organizations in Canada and the US.
