To address this challenge, Christoph founded the Engagement Company (TEC) in 2014, providing strategic and organisational design services to ‘change-makers for good’. Being a Global Change Manager by training his day-to-day work focuses on helping organisations and networks to design and implement 360*-strategies and sound psychological contracts with their key stakeholders.
His work on entrepreneurial ecosystems and systems strategy has been referenced in Forbes Magazine, highlighted by the U.N. PRME and published by Routledge and the German Government. He lives with his wife and two daughters in the Netherlands.
