Dr. Thomas Riegler is a passionate leader, a very experienced long-term Executive and Consultant, entrepreneur and founder as well as investor and lecturer.

He has been serving as Executive Board Member of Daimler and Chrysler companies, Centrotherm Phovoltaics, Lenzing, Kontron, Webasto and Leica Camera, and has been working as Partner of Strategy Consulting firms Roland Berger and PWC.

As Chairman of Sustainable Growth Associates, Founder of The Natural Step Germany and CEO of Vagabond Solutions, he builds on 15+ years of being at the forefront of scientific research and practical application of frameworks for strategic sustainable Development, Digitalization and decentralized socio-ecological governance as applied to businesses.

Furthermore, he is lecturer at the ESG Designation Program of Competent Boards. At the EUSG he is part of the Lab for socio-ecological economy.
