Background: The Tyre Foundation wants to reform the current structure and adapt its vision and mission to the current political reality and resources availability in order to turn the investments done up until now into a sustainable legacy.

Objectives and Results: Though a desk research, all existing relevant documents that can explain the current structure’s settings and achievements were reviewed. Based on the findings a workshop with all relevant stakeholders was held to inclusively identify the needed re-structuring process and related changes. As a result, the following task have been done: development of a vision and mission of the foundation, an analysis of relevant stakeholders, development of a straightforward and communicable impact logic and related strategy, mapping of the foundations current activities portfolio, definition of time-bound and measurable objectives as well as the development of a related indicator system Based on the results from the steps described, implementation (organization, monitoring and evaluation, communication) can be planned as a further step.
